14-day change-of-mind withdrawal
You may notify us that you wish to withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. For goods ordered together but delivered separately, the period starts on receipt of the last item; for goods delivered in multiple lots, on receipt of the last lot. It is sufficient to send your notice before the deadline. You may also withdraw before delivery. This information does not restrict EU consumers’ mandatory statutory rights.
How to notify us
Use Withdraw from contract, email a clear statement to info@rezvidmarket.com, or post it to the address below. The online function requires no login or reason; review your details and select “Confirm withdrawal”. We acknowledge receipt by email.
Returning goods and costs
Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal. Sending them before that deadline is sufficient. Pack the goods suitably for transport and retain proof of posting.

- For a change-of-mind withdrawal, you pay the direct cost of returning the goods. For faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, statutory remedies are provided free of charge; contact us to arrange the return.
We do not charge a general restocking fee. You may be responsible, subject to applicable law, for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Refunds
We reimburse the amount due within 14 days after being informed of withdrawal, including the cost of our least expensive standard outward delivery. Extra costs of a more expensive delivery option you selected are not refundable. We use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise without extra fees. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or adequate evidence of return, whichever is earlier, unless we offered to collect them.
Exceptions and faulty goods
Exceptions apply only where the legal conditions are met, for example genuinely personalised goods or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons after unsealing. We do not impose a blanket exclusion on goods. Rights concerning faulty goods are separate from change-of-mind withdrawal.
